2-3 ripe avocados
2 tomatoes
1/2 finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

In a smaller bowl mash the avocados with fork.
Add diced tomatoes, finely chopped onion and crushed garlic.
Add freshly squeezed juice from the lime and 1-2 tbsp of olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
If you want, you can add freshly chopped cilantro or chilli peppers into finished guacamole.
